RAGE Field Hockey gladly accepts the return or exchange of full-priced, unused merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 28 days after purchase. Returns are refunded in the method of original payment. Sales merchandise may be exchanged only. In case of a claim related to a manufacturing fault, the defected item must be sent with original receipt to one of our offices.
All field hockey sticks purchased for the current season are guaranteed against breakage until December 31st of the current year (unless specifically excluded). For example ... a purchase for the 2011 season, this field hockey stick is guaranteed until December 31, 2011
Returning Procedure
At RAGE Field Hockey we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unused or defective items. Simply email your invoice number to sales@ragefieldhockey.ca and tell us what your concern is, you will then be given a Return Authorization # (RA #) and will be asked to return the item that is to be changed (* authorization is required for ALL returns). When it is confirmed that you have sent the parcel, the replacement will be shipped ASAP. For warranty claims, please be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, colour and size. Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
